Little Bear joined the team in May 2014 after a chance encounter with Isla at a West Auckland animal shelter, and plays a key role in customer relations. Often found front and centre at crew gatherings and dock parties, Bear also relishes her role as key greeter at Albatross HQ.
Though still not entirely convinced she is a dog, Little Bear, like the rest of the team, has a real affinity for the beach and gets as sandy as possible, as often as possible. Having mastered such arts as eating from a dog bowl, and accepting the instrument of torture formerly known as a lead, we think there's no limit to the things she'll achieve.
